Landscape Indicators
This Objective seeks to help innovators assess, plan and measure the social, economic and ecological outcomes of landscape-scale management initiatives. A common framework is being developed to support local stakeholders to work together with public, private and civic institutions to develop locally-appropriate evaluation methods and indicators that jointly assess biodiversity conservation, sustainable production and rural livelihoods. The Landscape Measures Resource Center and Forum provides an interactive, web-based tool that brings together methods and experience from around the world.
